Hulk Hogan NWO

WWE has continued its tributes to Hulk Hogan with another ten-bell salute for the late Hall of Famer.

On July 24th, TMZ Sports reported that WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan had passed away aged 71 after suffering cardiac arrest at his home in Clearwater, Florida.

WWE paid tribute to perhaps its biggest ever star on the July 25th edition of SmackDown. The opening of the show saw the roster flanked by legends such as Jimmy Hart, Gerald Brisco, Sgt Slaughter, and Hacksaw Jim Duggan take to the stage for a ten-bell salute for Hogan.

WWE followed up with another tribute for Hulk Hogan on Raw, this time with Hogan’s son Nick and long-time friend Eric Bischoff in attendance.

NXT 10-Bell Salute For Hulk Hogan

Now, on the July 29th edition of NXT, WWE has again paid tribute to The Hulkster as the men and women of the NXT roster stood in and surrounded the ring for a ten-bell salute. WWE Performance Center Head Coach Matt Bloom stood on one side of the ring apron while Hogan’s SummerSlam 2005 opponent Shawn Michaels stood on the other.

AEW acknowledged Hulk Hogan’s passing on Collision as former WCW commentator Tony Schiavone paid his own tribute to Hogan and noted a family had lost a husband and a father.
