Hulk Hogan Facing Fresh Legal Action
Hulk Hogan is in trouble yet again.
As reported by Fox 8, Hulk Hogan and his American Beer company are being sued by Akron, Ohio resident Michelle Harlukowicz after an incident in 2024.
During an event at the Thirsty Cowboy in Medina, Ohio on August 19, 2024, to promote his new American Made beer, Hulk Hogan and his crew threw cans of the beverage into the crowd. According to a report at the time, a woman was hit by one of these cans and knocked to the ground.
The can was said to have been launched from the stage “like a baseball pitch.”
Attorney Eric Tayfel who is representing Harlukowicz, said she required several stitches to treat a head wound after being hit by the can.
“She had an open wound to her forehead. It was pretty big. She ended up needing a number of stitches to her head, and she’s going to have some permanent scarring from that.”
The lawsuit alleges that either Hogan or a promoter working at the event threw the can that hit Harlukowicz, while Tayfel added:
“It’s unconscionable to think that you’re going to go to a bar to see a celebrity and end up being pelted with it with a can of beer,”
Seth Rollins Has No Sympathy For Hulk Hogan
On the January 6 edition of Raw, Hulk Hogan was booed out of the building during a short appearance alongside Jimmy Hart.
When asked about the negative reaction Hogan received on Raw, WWE star Seth Rollins said Hulk Hogan got everything he deserved. The former World Champion clarified that while he appreciates what Hogan did for professional wrestling, he’s never taken responsibility for his more recent controversial actions.
