Huge WWE Star Teases Heel Turn After Shocking RAW Defeat
Semi-finals of the ‘Last Time is Now’ tournament kicked off on tonight’s episode of WWE RAW. Both matches of the round will take place tonight as the tournament will have only two remaining competitors by the night’s end.
The first match of the night was the first of two semi-final matches scheduled for the show. Jey Uso faced off against LA Knight in the hopes of advancing to the next round. However, the ending of the match teased a major heel turn that nobody saw coming.
In the other match of the tournament, Gunther will take on Solo Sikoa, after they both emerged victorious in their previous round bouts during last week’s episode of RAW. The winner of the tournament will earn the right to face John Cena in his final WWE match at Saturday Night’s Main Event in two weeks.
LA Knight reaches the finals on WWE RAW as Jey teases heel turn
These two competitors have quite a history with each other. LA Knight and Jey Uso have come face-to-face with each other on many occasions as both wrestlers looked to end Seth Rollins’ run as World Heavyweight Champion.
They renewed their rivalry tonight in a hard-hitting match which seemed to change momentum with each passing minute. Knight came close to winning first as he achieved a near count with a Burning Hammer, before he kicked out off a Spear from Jey at two.
The fans were in for a major surprise in the match as Jey Uso seemed destined to win the match. He hit another Spear on the Megastar before hitting an Uso Spalsh for the pin. However, Knight kicked out at the last second and turned it into a surprise pin on Uso and came away with the win.
JEY USO HAS LOST IT. 😳
Frustration is an understatement.

The major twist came after the match as Jey Uso sat in the corner of the ring and seemed to be evaluating his decisions. He was on the losing side during WarGames as well and it seems like the frustration got to him. He tossed the Prime stand on ringside in anger before walking away, showing signs of a possible heel turn in the near future.
