Huge WWE Star Helped To The Back After Raw Went Off Air
The Player got played on Raw this week. For those who missed the show, Seth Rollins was betrayed by his own teammates.
The Visionary beat Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel to become the new Crown Jewel Champion. He was on cloud nine when he kicked off this week’s Monday Night Raw episode in Perth, but the day didn’t end well for him.
In the main event of the match, CM Punk, LA Knight, and Jey Uso faced each other in a triple threat to determine the number 1 contender for Rollins’ World Heavyweight Championship. The Best in the World defeated the other two after a hard-fought match to earn the spot. But soon after, Rollins and The Vision made an appearance. They stormed down the ring and attacked Punk and others, showing their dominance.
As Rollins looked to close the show with a last laugh, Bron Breakker turned on him and speared the life out of him. Reed and Heyman were shocked to see the betrayal but eventually joined hands with Breakker and left Rollins lying in a pile of hurt and embarrassment, after a Tsunami from Reed.
Following the show, the after-match on what happened on Raw has been going viral on social media. In an off-air footage from the Monday Night show, CM Punk can be seen trying to attack Seth Rollins with a steel chair, but was stopped from doing so. Then, Adam Pearce was seen helping a limping Rollins backstage.
Is WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins Really Injured?
It is being said that the betrayal angle was developed last minute, as Seth Rollins sustained an injury at Crown Jewel. When he faced the WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes, he used a coast-to-coast headbutt on his opponent, but had an awkward landing on his left arm. This led him to sustain an injury during the event, and he was seen wearing a sling backstage afterwards.
However, with Rollins pulling off the ruse of the century at SummerSlam earlier this year by cashing in his Money in the Bank on CM Punk, all while faking a knee injury, it makes people wonder if he’s legit injured or not. What do you think?
