A WWE star missing from action since just before WrestleMania 41 is expected to return at Money in the Bank PLE.

Bayley was last seen during the Countdown show on April 19, 2025, wherein she endured an attack backstage, resulting in her being pulled from her scheduled tag team match at WrestleMania 41.

Her partner, Lyra Valkyria, then paired with Becky Lynch to defeat Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez for the Women’s Tag Team Championship.

While Bayley has been recuperating, Valkyria and Lynch have entered into a personal feud and are set to clash at MITB for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship held by Lyra.

One of the original “Four Horsewomen” of NXT, Bayley, recently shared a photo on Instagram, leading to fans speculating about her in-ring return.

On the REBOOKED Wrestling Podcast, former WWE star Aiden English and his co-hosts discussed the potential outcome for Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria’s Intercontinental Championship match at Money in the Bank.

The current TNA commentator predicted that Bayley could return to cost The Man the the square-off.

I think you have the classic, ‘they’re going, they’re going.’ Maybe Becky’s trying to do something, they bump the ref, Becky’s about to use a chair or something, Bayley’s music hits. ‘What the hell?’ That’s the opening Lyra takes to pin Becky. And then Becky and Bayley spin off on their own without a title. Lyra moves on to the next challenger.

English contradicted the prediction, claiming Becky will look to use underhanded tactics, prompting Bayley to interfere. He also claimed that Lyra would retain the title, with Lynch and Bayley starting a fresh feud.

Former WWE Employee Calls Bayley “Washed Up And Boring”

Former WWE employee and announcer Jonathan Coachman had a few choice words recently while discussing Bayley.

During an episode of The Last Word podcast, when Gabby LaSpisa brought up the possibility of the former Women’s Champion returning, ‘Coach’ minced no words.

Oh my God! You can’t be serious. You cannot be serious. [Why keep bringing up Bayley?] That’s my question. Bayley is done. She’s washed up. She’s boring. She’s nothing. She’s nothing anymore. What does she bring to the table? If you dropped Bayley off the roster today, what would we lose?

To me, I think she’s a very sweet person but there’s a lot of sweet people. But I just don’t think she’s ever sold a ticket, like ever sold a ticket for any rivalry that she’s ever done.

Previously, Bayley had announced that she only had a year and a half left on her WWE contract.
