Harley Cameron Shares Injury Update, Vows Revenge Amid AEW Hiatus
Harley Cameron is looking for revenge.
On the May 28 edition of Dynamite, Cameron and Anna Jay faced Megan Bayne and Penelope Ford in a violent No Disqualification Match. During the match, both Jay and Cameron were left bloodied as they tasted defeat, but those injuries were apparently an illusion to cover for something more serious.
It was subsequently reported that Harley Cameron was dealing with a legitimate injury suffered days earlier at Double or Nothing. According to one report, fake blood was used on Dynamite to play up the severity of the injury.
Harley Cameron Has Started Her Road To Recovery
In a post on social media, Cameron has now offered an update on her condition following surgery. In the caption to one post, the Aussie star vowed to get revenge.
“Well I can’t see much right now… but REVENGE is starting to look really good…”
There’s no word on when Cameron will be back in the ring.
Meanwhile, Kota Ibushi made a shock return to AEW on the June 21 edition of Collision. The Japanese star was brought out by Mark Briscoe, who was standing up for his friend Kenny Omega in his battle with Kazuchika Okada and the Don Callis Family.
The appearance was Ibushi’s first in AEW since November 2023.
