Gunther’s Wife’s Two-Word Reaction To His Victory Over John Cena

Gunther secured a monumental victory over John Cena at Saturday Night’s Main Event.

The Capital One Arena in Washington saw The Ring General face The Last Real Champion in Cena’s last WWE match.

The Aussie star dominated the match from the start, but Cena used all his strength to fight back.

But in the end, the former Heavyweight Champion put The Never Seen 17 in a sleeper hold, forcing him to tap out and win the match.

The moment stunned everyone, and as the bell rang, Michael Cole made a statement saying that “professional wrestling destroyed sports entertainment.”

Gunther’s wife, Jinny, made the same reference in a recent tweet while congratulating her husband on his grand victory over the 17-time world champion.

Jinny tweeted, “Professional Wrestling [clap and heart emoji]”

Gunther And Triple H Face Fan BackLash After SNME

After the match ended, Gunther left the ring while Cena basked in his glory, soaking in his last moments inside the ring as an in-ring competitor.

As the 38-year-old star left the building, some irate fans followed him outside. There were loud “FU Gunther” and some other angry chants directed at him.

People were so furious at Gunther for making Cena tap out that the WWE star had to keep a security backup who helped him reach his tour bus safely.

The Ring General is not the only one who became a victim of fan backlash after Cena lost his retirement bout.

The WWE Universe also booed WWE Creative Content Officer Triple H for booking Cena’s last match like this.

Fans slammed The Game on the Saturday Night’s Main Event show, post-show panel, and on social media too, with “You F*cked Up” chants.
