On the latest episode of Keepin’ It 100 OFFICIAL, a fan pitched the idea of Goldberg turning heel and aligning with Seth Rollins’ new faction. But co-host Disco Inferno had a different take entirely. He believes this could be the perfect time to flip the script on The Ring General and shift him into the role of a heroic underdog, a baby face with a purpose.

I think Gunther’s face turn is ripe for the taking because the heel faction has the briefcase,” Disco said. “They can actually do that. They do it where Rollins cashes in on Gunther. Gunther goes from the hunter to the hunted to being the hunter of that [Rollins’] faction.”

“You know, like a babyface going against three others with no help and not wanting any help. You know what I’m saying? I don’t know. He could. It’s out there.

The idea of Gunther turning babyface may sound far-fetched on the surface, especially given how well he’s flourished as a villain. But this twist could freshen up his character and provide him with a new set of challenges.
