Gunther revealed working under Vince McMahon was a “losing game”

When Vince McMahon was leading the creative team, he had complete control over every superstars’ future.

During his appearance on Six Feet Under podcast, The Ring General explained that he disliked working under Vince McMahon because The Big Man had the ultimate say in his future.

I feel like there is a little bit of a healthy culture shift in the business now anyway because I feel like Vince [McMahon] was always kinda big on, ‘You gotta want it, you gotta give everything for it,’ and I always felt like if you invest your whole life into something that can only be decided by one person’s decision at the end of the day, that’s like a losing game.

Currently, Gunther is out indefinitely owing to an injury.
