Gunther Delivers Bloody Message On WWE Raw

The Usos did not have a fun night on WWE Raw thanks to the tactics of Gunther, who outsmarted the brothers and left one of them a bloody mess.

Ever since Jey Uso won the Men’s Royal Rumble match and made it clear he was going after the World Heavyweight Title, the champion GUNTHER has made it known that he’s not happy about having to face Jey again because he wanted to face a new opponent.

The rivalry between Gunther and Jey over the last two months has seen Gunther get the upper hand some weeks while Jey has had the advantage at other times.

After what happened on WWE Raw in London, it’s fair to say Gunther has the distinct physical and mental advantage going into their WrestleMania 41 clash in Las Vegas.

Jimmy Uso got into a backstage altercation one week earlier that led to Jimmy slapping Gunther hard in the face. That set the stage for their match on Raw in England. While Jimmy was able to come close to winning a few times, the champion from Austria took control of the match.

Gunther pulled Jimmy up from multiple two counts just so he could dish out more punishment. While on the mat, Gunther put Jimmy in a rear naked choke sleeper and Jimmy passed out to give the champion the win.

After the match, Gunther applied the sleeper hold on Jimmy on the mat with the body scissors, so Jey Uso made the save for his brother. Jey tackled Gunther and punched him a few times. Gunther left the ring, Jey punched him a few more times and Gunther left through the crowd again. At that point, Jey went into the ring to check on his brother Jimmy.

GUNTHER Was Not Done Torturing The Usos

The attack from the World Heavyweight Champion continued after Jey helped Jimmy walk away from the ringside area. That’s when Gunther returned with a running forearm to the back of Jey’s head. The champion sent Jey into the steel steps, and wanted to give Jey a Powerbomb on the steel steps, but security and WWE Officials were there to stop it. That led to the champion giving a security guy (indy wrestler) a Powerbomb on the steel steps.

Unfortunately for Jey, he wasn’t able to help his brother much more because his WrestleMania opponent tied him to the middle rope with zip ties. Gunther held the World Title in front of Jey and taunted Jey with it.

Jimmy was on the apron trying to get back into it, so Gunther hit Jimmy with the World Title to the head. Things went to another level after that because Jimmy was busted open and bleeding heavily from the head, so it was a rare sight on a WWE show where somebody was bleeding heavily.

A helpless Jey couldn’t do anything as Gunther taunted Jey with a bloody Jimmy and the champion nailed Jimmy with a Powerbomb. Michael Cole on commentary was screaming about how there wasn’t anybody stopping Gunther.

In an act that might disgust some viewers, Gunther wiped some of Jimmy’s blood on himself. Another rear naked choke was applied while Jey was a few feet away and unable to do anything due to being tied to the ropes.

There aren’t many WWE segments that see a man bloody another guy and wipe their blood on their body, but it’s what happened here. It will likely lead to Jey becoming even more focused to take the World Heavyweight Title to avenge what Gunther did to Jimmy on Raw.
