Goldberg’s WWE Return Teased By Triple H

Goldberg Triple H WWE

Goldberg was the unexpected name on many people’s lips after WWE Bad Blood and it seems Triple H may have plans up his sleeve for his old rival.

At WWE Bad Blood, Triple H announced a unique new championship in WWE that will be reserved solely for the Crown Jewel shows in Saudi Arabia that will involve the main champions in the company. That brought out World Heavyweight Champion Gunther to have his say on the title before he became preoccupied with one WWE Hall of Famer in attendance in the city where he made his name – Goldberg.

Gunther had claimed Goldberg was his childhood hero to rile up Bret Hart but to the surprise of very few, he changed his tune when faced with the former WCW World Champion. Instead, Gunther questioned how he could be impressed with a one-trick pony.

Gunther then told Goldberg’s son he hoped the WWE Hall of Famer’s parenting skills were better than his in-ring ones. Goldberg didn’t take kindly to that as he hopped the barrier threatening to break out a spear but security held him off.

Triple H Hoping To Chat With Goldberg

Triple H noted “never say never” in regards to Goldberg getting back in a WWE ring and now it seems he’s doubled down on his tease.

Triple H shared a video on social media of him chatting with Goldberg backstage at the show and wrote that the two would be speaking again in the near future:

Thanks for coming to #WWEBadBlood @Goldberg. We’ll talk more very soon…

The last time Goldberg competed in WWE was back in February 2022 when he lost to Roman Reigns at Elimination Chamber in a match for the Universal Championship.
