Former WWE Superstar Alberto Del Rio Was Reportedly Stabbed Outside Restaurant

Former WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio (who now goes by Alberto El Patron) did not show up at Sunday’s AAA Heroes Inmortales X event in Mexico as he was supposed to. The reason for this was that he was reportedly attacked by a criminal with a knife outside a restaurant he had eaten at.

El Patron suffered multiple lacerations on his arm and other parts of his body as he was trying to defend himself from his attacker. Below is a statement from El Patron’s Instagram account explaining the incident, as well as two graphic photos of his wounds.
