Former WWE Champion Currently “Off The Board” For Creative Ideas

A top WWE star is currently sidelined with an injury which has taken him out of the company’s creative process.

It is only around a month ago that Braun Strowman was on the injured list with a concussion. Picking up the injury during an episode of Friday Night SmackDown where he teamed with Ricochet to defeat The Viking Raiders, he was then removed from the subsequent house show loop to recover.

Now, a new report from Pro Wrestling Insider has revealed that Braun Strowman is once again on the injured list. The report states that he is listed on the disabled list and that there is currently no timeframe for his recovery, although it isn’t expected to be in the near future.

Although the nature of the injury is not confirmed, a good indication that there will be a significant period before his return is that he is seemingly off the board when it comes to creative ideas. The report also heard that Strowman may need surgery, however that was unconfirmed.

Braun Strowman’s last in-ring action came on the 1st May 2023 edition of Monday Night Raw, which was the second night of the Draft where they were selected by the red brand. Strowman once again competed alongside Ricochet in that match, in what was one of just two matches between his concussion and this further injury.

After being let go by WWE in one of the more shocking releases, Strowman was brought back to WWE under the stewardship of Triple H.
