Former IMPACT Wrestling Star Arrested

Former IMPACT Wrestling star Crimson has been arrested and jailed after he violated an Order of Protection stemming from an incident in 2016.

Anthony Mayweather – who competed as Crimson – was arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail in Clarksville, Tennessee on March 8th, 2023 after he was charged with contempt according to Clarksville Today. His bond is currently set at $1,000.

Mayweather had a warrant put out for his arrest after police conducted a welfare check on February 24th and found that he had been making several calls to his young son and sent several text messages to his wife in contravention of an Order of Protection. Anthony Mayweather had previously been jailed in 2016 after headbutting his wife.

As Crimson, Mayweather competed in IMPACT Wrestling from 2010 to 2105 before he returned for a brief spell in 2017. During his initial run, he captured the IMPACT Tag Team Championship with Matt Morgan in a win over Mexican America.

More recently, Mayweather has been a part of the NWA where he is a former National Heavyweight Champion having defeated former WWE Superstar Chris Adonis for the gold in March 2022. He last competed for the promotion in December 2022 when he was part of the Revolution Rumble won by Rhett Titus.
