Forgotten WWE Star’s Status Revealed After 2 Year Absence

One forgotten WWE star’s status with the company has been revealed more than 2 years after they had their last match.

The last time WWE fans saw Tamina in action was all the way back in February 2023 when she lost to Michin on an episode of Main Event.

The star has been part of WWE for fifteen years, having made her debut on the company’s main roster in 2010. However, she never found a great amount of success on the roster, having to wait until 2021 to hold a major title in the company when she captured the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship with Natalya. She did capture the now-defunct 24/7 Title on eight occasions as well.

Tamina Still Under WWE Contract

Despite her long absence from the ring and TV, it seems that Tamina is still being paid for her efforts.

Sean Ross Sapp reported on Fightful Select that Tamina is still under contract with WWE but is no longer assigned to any of the company’s brands or on the internal roster. It was also noted that Tamina is no longer a regular backstage at events.

Tamina was part of a battle royal on the inaugural Evolution show in 2018. Evolution 2 will have a battle royal with big stakes, and it remains to be seen if she will be back in the ring for that show.
