Prior to the 25th of November edition of Raw, the red brand’s General Manager Adam Pearce took to the ring to unveil the latest title in the company – the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship. Pearce then revealed the belt which is the same in design as the men’s Intercontinental Title except with a white strap. It was noted a tournament will begin next week to determine the first champion and now the first match in that tournament has been announced.
