Finn Balor Returns to In-Ring Action at WWE Live Event; Triple H Also Wrestles
Finn Balor, former Universal Champion, returned to in-ring action last night at a WWE Live Event in Buffalo, New York. Balor has been out of action since a major shoulder injury he suffered at SummerSlam that required surgery and six months of rehab.
Balor was part of a Six-Man Tag Team Match where he teamed with Chris Jericho and Sami Zayn to take on the team of Triple H, Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe. Jericho got the pin for his team on Owens with a Codebreaker.
Balor’s team was victorious and according to WWE.com in the video below, after the match, Balor said it felt good to be back in the ring and ended with Balor telling the fans in attendance “see you soon.”
There’s currently no word on if he will be on Raw this Monday in Detroit, but it’s possible.
