Ex-WWE Star To Make AEW Dynamite Debut

WWE Battle Royal 2021

A former WWE star is set to make their Dynamite debut when they get a chance to strike gold in Las Vegas.

Double Or Nothing takes place in Sin City on May 28th but before then AEW will also produce its Wednesday night Dynamite show from the city on the 24th of May.

AEW Trios Champions The House of Black has thrown open the doors of the house and have issued open challenges to any three-man team that wants to try and dethrone the dangerous team of Malakai Black, Brody King, and Buddy Matthews.

On Dynamite, the three men that will try and capture that title will be AR Fox, Blake Christian, and Metalik, three men who have formed something of a cohesive unit in Ring of Honor. This will mark Metalik’s debut on AEW Dynamite after competing in three matches on the company’s Dark and Elevation shows in 2022 under the name Mascara Dorada.

Metalik was better known as Gran Metalik in WWE where he was part of the Lucha House Party alongside Kalisto and Lince Dorado. Mainly used in the company’s cruiserweight division Metalik was released by the company in November 2021.

Blake Christian also competed in WWE as part of the NXT and 205 Live rosters as Trey Baxter and was released by the company on the same day as his current tag team partner.
