Ex-WWE Star Teases Return To Join The Bloodline
The Bloodline might be in turmoil, but a former WWE star feels they could become part of the stable if they returned.
We’ve been in the midst of a Bloodline civil war since The Usos squared off with Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa at Money In The Bank. Reigns would then go on to defeat Jey Uso and retain the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at SummerSlam, with Jey ending up quitting WWE soon afterwards.
However, it’s another family member who would seemingly relish a return to WWE, and it could be to either join The Bloodline or another faction they were a part of in the past.
“It Could Easily Happen”
In a discussion with WrestlingNews.co, former WWE star Manu discussed the possibility of returning to the company, and the potential alliances he could form.
It could easily happen. I could easily join, you know, Roman. I could easily join The Usos. I could easily join Cody.
I mean, there’s plenty of ways you can introduce me back to TV. So, you know, anything could happen in the World Wrestling Federation.
I say that all the time and I always say that. That’s my thing and I feel that to be true.
Manu is the son of Afa, one half of The Wild Samoans and joined the WWE ranks in 2006, although his initial run was short-lived following a wellness violation. He returned at Unforgiven 2008 where he formed an alliance with Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton, with the group known as The Legacy until he was ejected from the group. He was released by WWE in February 2009.
