Ex-WWE Star Wants Sable To Join Them In The Hall Of Fame
Sable WWE Hall of Famer?
Speaking to Wrestle Zone, Torrie Wilson said that Sable deserves to be in the Hall of Fame. She added that she’d be surprised if the company hadn’t already reached out to the star to make an induction happen.
Sable and Wilson worked together regularly on SmackDown in 2003.
“Absolutely, she belongs in the Hall of Fame. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve tried to put her in the Hall of Fame. It would be crazy to me if they haven’t reached out to her numerous times.”
Wilson also gave a mention to Chyna, describing the pair as the “pinnacle women of wrestling.” Chyna was inducted into the Hall of Fame as part of D-X in 2019, but calls have continued to grow for a solo induction.

Continuing on, Wilson said that an induction is well overdue, but she conceded that her former rival might have no interest in the award.
“Her and Chyna are like the two pinnacle women of wrestling, right?. So I definitely think that is long overdue. I don’t know if she wants or cares to be in it.”
Sable signed with WWE in 1996 alongside then-husband Marc Mero despite previously having no interest in the wrestling business. Despite this, her popularity soared as the company jumped headlong into what became the Attitude Era.
The former model went on to win the Women’s Championship while becoming one of the most popular WWE stars of the era.
Sable left the company in acrimonious circumstances in June 1999 and subsequently filed a lawsuit citing allegations of sexual harassment and unsafe working conditions. The case was eventually settled out of court.
The star returned to WWE in 2003 where she worked with Wilson before leaving again a year later, this time wanting to spend more time with her family. During this period, she began dating Brock Lesnar and the pair married in 2006.
Speaking elsewhere, Torrie Wilson admitted she’d return to the ring if the right opportunity came up. The star ended her full-time career back in 2008.
