Ex-WWE Star Couldn’t Give A Frog’s Fat Ass About Vince McMahon Lawsuit

Former WWE star Davey Boy Smith Jr. thinks respect for women is vital but says he could only read two lines of the horrific Vince McMahon lawsuit.

Davey Boy Smith Jr. is best known to WWE fans for his run in the company where he was known as David Hart Smith and part of The Hart Dynasty alongside Tyson Kidd and Natalya. Smith’s time in the company came to an end in 2011.

Smith Jr. along with the rest of his family accepted the induction into the WWE Hall of Fame for his late father The British Bulldog in 2021. Later that year Smith Jr. was back under a WWE contract but was released after five months having not appeared on TV for the company again.

WWE was rocked recently by a horrific lawsuit filed against Vince McMahon where McMahon is accused of sex trafficking and sexual assault. Many other lurid allegations are made against McMahon in the suit and text messages alleged to have come from the 78-year-old were also included that many found repulsive.

Davey Boy Smith Jr. Unmoved By Vince McMahon Allegations

Speaking to Kenny McIntosh for Inside The Ropes, Davey Boy Smith Jr. revealed he’s not interested in the allegations made against Vince McMahon, saying that he’s more interested in his own spiritual journey than what he calls “Vince’s sexual preferences”:

Well I said this before, silence is golden and duct tape is silver. You know what, it’s not my business. I hope that [respecting women] should always be instilled, but when I read about [the allegations], I got a bunch of texts and I read like two sentences and then I just said I’m not going to read any more of this, don’t really care.

I actually don’t spend a whole lot of time on my phone now. I carry around a lot of shungite and a lot of different crystals and into Neopagan and stuff like that. I actually do hours of studying Japanese and reading every day. So it just made me want to toss my phone like a frisbee and just focus on myself. I honestly couldn’t give a frog’s fat ass what Vince’s sexual preferences are. So, you know, that’s that.

Vince McMahon has been forced to resign as TKO Executive Chairman in the wake of these allegations but has vowed to fight to clear his name.

Davey Boy Smith Jr. recently returned to MLW after almost a year away at SuperFight 2024 where he defeated 1 Called Manders by referee stoppage.
