Ex-WWE Star Drops Huge Hurt Syndicate Tease
A former WWE star has dropped the biggest tease yet that they could be getting back in the ring with The Hurt Syndicate.
On February 8th, news broke that multiple stars were released from WWE in a new round of cuts. The list included the likes of the Authors of Pain, Blair Davenport, Isla Dan, and Cedric Alexander.
Alexander had been with the company since 2016 when he entered the Cruiserweight Classic, reaching the second round before being eliminated by Kota Ibushi. During his career in the company, Alexander captured the Cruiserweight Title and was a three-time 24/7 Champion, as well as holding the Raw Tag Team Title alongside Shelton Benjamin while both men were part of The Hurt Business – a group now known as The Hurt Syndicate in AEW.
Following news of his release, it was reported that The Hurt Syndicate will push for Cedric Alexander to join them in AEW. And now Alexander has dropped a big hint that a reunion could happen.

At a recent DPW show, now Alexander is back on the independent scene, the ex-WWE star got people’s attention when he told them, “I don’t know if you’ve heard, but I hurt people.” “We hurt people” is, of course, the motto of his former group.
MJF is on the verge of becoming The Hurt Syndicate’s fourth man after weeks spent wearing down Bobby Lashley, MVP, and Shelton Benjamin to let him in the group.
