Ex-WWE Star Calls Paul Heyman’s Clip Shoving Kid “Iconic”

The WWE Universe was unhappy with Paul Heyman after Survivor Series.

It was not due to something he said, but rather something he did that involved a kid.

After their segment on the post-show, Heyman, along with The Vision’s members, was headed backstage through the crowd.

In a video that later surfaced online, he could be seen shoving a child after the latter lunged at him. He did not take a second glance; instead, he chose to stay in character.

While fans questioned whether WWE had summoned Heyman for his actions, Fightful Select reported that The Oracle was cleared of any wrongdoing. The higher-ups at the Stamford promotion were rather annoyed with the security.

On a recent episode of TMZ’s Inside The Ring, former WWE star CJ Perry (Lana) shared her thoughts on the fiasco, calling it “iconic.”

When I saw, I, like, laughed hysterically, and then immediately I was like, “Wait! Can you push kids?”…But then, I’m like, obviously, Paul Heyman is my spirit animal, and I’m obsessed with him, and he does no wrong. So, he obviously is a genius, and he’s calculated all of this. So, he knows…I’m sure he knew there was gonna be a camera. So, he’s gonna take every moment to grab the brass ring and be as heel as possible. But I loved it…that was iconic, like, literally, so iconic I couldn’t even believe it. [54:38 onwards]

Amid speculations about Logan Paul officially joining The Vision, it was confirmed by Paul Heyman that he had indeed made the jump.

On the December 1 episode of WWE RAW, the members of the faction took to the ring, when Heyman revealed that The Maverick was the ideal addition.
