Ex-WWE Champion Slammed For “So Bad” Mic Skills

A former WWE Champion is being called out for poor mic skills.

RAW manager Adam Pearce recently announced a triple threat match for the women’s Intercontinental Championship, with Becky Lynch defending her title against Bayley and Lyra Valkyria.

The three stars, who have been trading insults over the last few weeks, will settle their dues at the all-women’s PLE Evolution on July 13.

On the July 7 episode of the red brand, they came face-to-face once again and exchanged a few words.

Valkyria, who is the least experienced one in the trio, has previously struggled on the mic.

Unfortunately, the issue continued this week, too, resulting in her being slammed for her mic skills.

Former WWE staff member Jonathan Coachman hosted The Last Word podcast, discussing various topics, including RAW and Evolution.

He also criticized Valkyria for her speech delivery.

Lyra is so bad on the mic, and especially when they throw her in there with two that are really good on the mic and she stumbles over her words. My goodness! It’s almost like watching, you remember being in high school and there’d be, like, varsity and then JV? It’s like watching the JV with the varsity all in the same ring. [8:00 onwards]

Lyra Valkyria Stands Tall On WWE RAW

Becky Lynch, Bayley, and Lyra Valkyria’s interaction got a touch personal, starting a brawl between the stars.

Over the weeks, the camaraderie between Valkyria and Bayley had deteriorated.

During the segment, Bayley was harsh towards Lyra. She first recalled the ways in which she supported her.

She then brought up Lyra’s loss to Lynch at Money in the Bank, saying she ‘saw her raise Becky’s hand like a little b***h.’

After knocking out Lynch, Valkyria and Bayley brawled. Valkyria then took Lynch out with Nightwing, then did the same to Bayley, standing tall before their clash at WWE Evolution.
