El Grande Americano Stuns Fans After Chad Gable’s Major Announcement
What if Chad Gable really isn’t El Grande Americano?
In recent weeks, WWE has been struck by something of an injury curse, with Monday Night Raw taking the bulk of the hits.
While Dominik Mysterio is expected to return to the ring relatively quickly, the same can’t be said for Liv Morgan or Chad Gable. In the case of Morgan, it’s been reported that she won’t wrestle again for six months after undergoing shoulder surgery.
Morgan suffered the injury in a freak accident on Raw, and it’s had huge ramifications for the entire women’s division. As a result of her absence, two big matches have been changed, with WWE’s creative team scrambling ahead of Evolution and SummerSlam.
Chad Gable Confirms Surgery
On the June 30 edition of Raw, Chad Gable confirmed that he’d also undergone surgery and would be out of action for several months. It had previously been reported that Gable won’t be back in the ring until late 2025 at the very earliest.
Naturally, this led many to assume that El Grande Americano would also be missing for the exact amount of time. However, things might not be that straightforward.
Later in the show, Americano appeared next to a stunned American Made backstage, with the masked wrestler now sporting more than a passing resemblance to Ludwig Kaiser.
Very suspicious, I’m sure you’ll agree.
