El Clon Immediately Joins Faction On AEW Debut

AEW has been teasing it for weeks now, but El Clon has finally arrived in the company, and he’s already found his home in one faction.

Hologram remains undefeated in AEW, but trouble was on its way for the popular star as the arrival of Clon, seemingly his arch nemesis, had been teased in vignettes. With a record of 34-0 in AEW, many had wondered what Hologram had to do to earn a title match in the company, and he was set to finally get a shot at gold on the sixth anniversary edition of Dynamite.

Hologram was set to tangle with TNT Champion Kyle Fletcher for his gold, but that match never took place. Tony Khan revealed Hologram would likely miss the rest of 2025 due to injury, and he was replaced in the title match by his Conglomeration teammate, Orange Cassidy.

El Clon Arrives In AEW

When Dynamite came around, fans were shocked to see who was apparently Hologram appear during that match to cost Cassidy the title and help Kyle Fletcher retain. There was even more shock when they stood side-by-side with Don Callis as his family expanded even more.

However, there was no double cross from Hologram as the man wearing his mask ripped it off and revealed himself to be the dreaded El Clon.

Don Callis had already expanded his family on the show as he welcomed Andrade El Idolo into the fold after the fired WWE star shockingly returned to AEW to attack Kenny Omega.
