Edris Enofé And Malik Blade Earn NXT Tag Team Title Match
During NXT on Tuesday night, Edris Enofé and Malik Blade, Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen and The Dyad squared off in a triple threat match for the right to be the No. 1 contender for the NXT Tag Team Championship.
Before the match, Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince and Kit Wilson) were poking fun at Americans and their sports fandom, bragging about how they’re the current NXT Tag Team Champions. Ever since they’ve won the title, Pretty Deadly has been calling out challengers, and tonight, there was a three-way match on the card to determine who that challenger will be.

As we got deeper into the match, it appeared that Briggs and Jensen were going to eventually get the victory, with Briggs in particular steamrolling the opposition. Briggs was so impressive with his strength and ability that Booker T, who recently joined the NXT commentary team, even made the comment that he’s never seen some of the moves that Briggs pulled in the entirety of his career.

However, chaos would eventually erupt in the match, with everybody being laid out on the floor outside of the ring at one point. Then, Cameron Grimes would also cause disruption, coming out to attack the Dyad.
When the smoke cleared, it would be Edris Enofé and Malik Blade with the upset victory, taking advantage of the chaotic atmosphere.
