Dustin Rhodes Finishes His Story At AEW All In: Texas
Dustin Rhodes has finally gotten his moment in AEW.
Adam Cole was supposed to defend the AEW TNT Championship against Kyle Fletcher tonight at All In: Texas. Nevertheless, plans changed after Tony Khan announced that Cole was not cleared to compete.
As the 36-year-old relinquished the title, a four-way match for the vacant championship was announced for the pay-per-view between Fletcher, Daniel Garcia, Sammy Guevara, and Dustin Rhodes.
After a fierce battle, Rhodes managed to pin Garcia to capture his first-ever AEW singles title. The 56-year-old got extremely emotional after the match as he was handed the title by referee Aubrey Edwards.

The wrestling legend was joined in the ring by his nephews and others as they all celebrated his victory, seemingly in a similar fashion to how his brother Cody celebrated his WWE Title win at WrestleMania 40.
