Drew McIntyre Makes Sick Promise To CM Punk Before WWE Bad Blood

Drew McIntyre WWE

CM Punk is willing to end it all inside Hell In A Cell but now Drew McIntyre has made a dark promise to his opponent at WWE Bad Blood.

At Bash In Berlin, CM Punk and Drew McIntyre beat each other senseless in a strap match. Despite being thrown through a table at ringside, Punk was able to finally overcome McIntyre, dropping him with several Go 2 Sleeps before touching the four corners to pick up the win. Crucially, Punk also retrieved the bracelet featuring the name of his wife and dog which has been at the centre of their bad blood in recent weeks.

However as Punk looked to move on with his life and set his sights on the World Heavyweight Title, McIntyre attacked again, sending Punk away to the hospital.

Raw General Manager Adam Pearce had news for Drew McIntyre following that sickening assault as he was told that he would be facing CM Punk again inside Hell In A Cell at Bad Blood on October 5th.

Drew McIntyre Was Watching CM Punk On WWE Raw

On Raw in Portland, CM Punk vowed that he was ready to die to end Drew McIntyre and hoped McIntyre was willing to say the same before their clash.

Drew McIntyre was at home watching Punk speak and took to social media to share a video of his own thoughts ahead of Bad Blood:

That’s what I’ve been waiting for. I can’t help myself sometimes, I’m obviously at home. I just watched what you had to say and that look in the eyes, that’s a man that’s ready to go all the way. To try to hurt me but a man that’s willing to go out on his back. This has been 32 weeks now this has been going on and I’ve been doing all the heavy lifting.

Obviously you got a little break, some time off to spend with your wife and stupid-looking dog. I didn’t get any time off, I was begged to stay at home this week because the brass are worried about their main event at Hell In A Cell if anything was to happen tonight. I took it because for once I want a week off, I want to spend some time with my wife, with my cats.

That’s the man I’ve been waiting to see. I can tell you how many matches you have left, one. I can make you a promise too, one of us is not walking out of Hell In A Cell. I’m gonna enjoy my week off, glad to finally see you show up Phil.
