Drew McIntyre’s Statement After Shocking WWE Title Win
The new Undisputed WWE Champion, Drew McIntyre, has commented on his title win and posted an interesting photo.
In a 3 Stages of Hell match on WWE SmackDown in Berlin, Drew McIntyre became a 4-time WWE World Champion when he defeated Cody Rhodes in the third fall.
McIntyre got the win in the first fall after hitting a low blow (the referee never saw it) and a Claymore Kick in a regular match.
Rhodes picked up the win in the second fall in what was a Falls Count Anywhere Match. After brawling all around the arena, Rhodes hit a Cross Rhodes on McIntyre on the commentary and got the pin on the floor.
There was a Steel Cage Match in the third fall. After McIntyre kicked out of an incredible Cody Cutter off the cage, the two men fought on the cage, and then they were crotched on the top rope. When McIntyre tried to crawl out the door, a wrestler in a mask and hoodie appeared to stop him. It was Jacob Fatu, who has been out for a few months due to an attack, presumably by McIntyre.
After Fatu worked over McIntyre with punches, Rhodes went over to Fatu to try to get him to stop, so Fatu punched Cody repeatedly, and they exchanged punches. As that was going on, McIntyre fell out of the door, and he landed on the floor to become the Undisputed WWE Champion!
It’s the fourth time that McIntyre has been a WWE World Champion since he held the WWE Title twice, and the World Heavyweight Title for just five minutes.
Drew McIntyre Is No Longer Bored At Work
On social media, Drew McIntyre posted a black and white photo saying: “No longer bored at work.”

The phrase “bored at work” is something that McIntyre used at the last two WrestleManias when he took photos during his matches and captioned them by saying: “Bored at work.” This year, at least for now, there’s no sign of boredom on McIntyre’s part.
Meanwhile, on Instagram, McIntyre posted a photo of himself as if he were sleeping with the WWE Title.
