Will Dominik Mysterio Leave Liv Morgan For Another WWE Star?

Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio reunited on November 29, 2025, at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames in San Diego during the Intercontinental Championship match, where Dominik challenged John Cena.

Liv, who was sidelined since June 2025 with a shoulder injury, made a surprise return on the show.

She first slapped Dominik, teasing a betrayal, then hugged Cena, only to low-blow him below the belt and smash the title belt into his face.

This helped Dominik set up a 6-1-9 and a frog splash to become the new champion. Post-match, Liv and Dominik celebrated together on the ramp.

Liv Morgan And Dominik Mysterio Are Endgame

On the recent edition of his Notsam Wrestling podcast, Sam Roberts commented on Liv and Dom’s on-screen couple dynamic.

He argued that the Liv-Dom pairing is the “final form,” an irreplaceable “magic” that no other woman can top.

Dom’s growth peaked with Morgan, and WWE’s recent Survivor Series reunion cemented it.

I didn’t think anything would be better than Dominik Mysterio and Rhea Ripley. As much as I like the idea of Rhea going babyface and Rhea and Dom splitting up, I said, there’s no way that you’re going to be able to recapture that magic between Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio that you have with Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio.

Cuz make no mistake about it, that whole era was magic. It built Dominik Mysterio into the superstar that he is now. But Liv and Dom are better. Somehow it’s even better, and it is an insane thing to watch happen.

And I don’t think that would continue. You know what I mean? I don’t think that you can just follow that chain of events and find the next one who’s now going to take live Morgan’s place, is going to be even better, and then the next one takes that one’s place and be even better.
