Big Difference In New WWE Men & Women’s Title Tournaments
WWE has now announced the rules for the tournaments to introduce two new titles and there’s a big difference between the men and the women.
It was announced in October 2024 that WWE was starting the WWE ID program. It is the company’s way of signing top independent pro wrestling talent to deals while those wrestlers continue to perform at independent wrestling shows.
The company has gone a step further with Triple H announcing that both men’s and women’s WWE ID Championships were going to be introduced. The tournaments to crown those champions have been announced as WWE invades two independent shows over WrestleMania week.
It was later revealed that the tournament will begin on GCW The Collective on April 16 before continuing on the Future Stars of Wrestling show on April 18.
