Dax Harwood Reacts To AEW Botching His Name

Dax Harwood

Dax Harwood has a bone to pick with AEW’s graphics department.

On the November 15th episode of Dynamite, it was announced that the FTR star will take on Rush on a special Friday edition of Collision. Not that the announcement went completely smoothly, with the graphic promoting the match billing the former Tag Team Champion as “Dax Hardwood.”

In a post on social media, Harwood asked to be promoted as “Dax The Axe” in the future.

Note to graphics dept:

From now on, just put “Dax The Axe”.

Anyway, I have a feeling tomorrow night, this one’s going to be snug. 👊🏼

It seems that those in the know were listening, and in an update, the star was listed as “Dax The Axe” as requested.

With AEW Full Gear taking place on November 18th, Collision has been moved from its usual Saturday night slot to Friday, and Rampage will follow directly afterward.

Dax Harwood In The Hunt For Tag Team Gold

After his match with Rush on Collision, Dax Harwood will team with Cash Wheeler at Full Gear to try and regain the AEW World Tag Team Titles. The duo will take part in a four-way match including champions Ricky Starks & Big Bill, Kings of The Black Throne, and La Facción.

Tony Khan has announced that he will unveil the signing of a major star at the event.
