Dave Meltzer WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event Ratings May 24, 2025

Cody Rhodes

Dave Meltzer has published his match ratings for Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Saturday Night’s Main Event on May 24 saw the WWE return of Cody Rhodes, who came to the aid of Jey Uso. The World Heavyweight Champion appeared to be on the verge of losing his title to Logan Paul after an interference by John Cena until the American Nightmare arrived on the scene.

With the odds evened up, Uso grabbed the victory. Rhodes then challenged Cena and Paul to a match at Money In The Bank against him and Uso.

In the opening match of the night, Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker saw off CM Punk and Sami Zayn thanks to the returning Bronson Reed, who has joined their faction along with Paul Heyman.

Chelsea Green broke her nose as she failed to regain the Women’s United States Title, and John Cena pinned R-Truth. In the special’s only other bout, Damian Priest beat Drew McIntyre inside a steel cage. It’s been reported that McIntyre will now be taking some time off.
