Dave Meltzer Match Ratings WWE Bash In Berlin

Gunther chops Randy Orton

Dave Meltzer has shared his match ratings for WWE Bash In Berlin.

WWE’s international Premium Live Event tour made a stop in Germany on August 31st for Bash In Berlin. In 2024 alone, the company has visited Australia, Saudi Arabia, Scotland, and France with only the biggest events remaining in North America.

In keeping with recent trends, the show in Berlin featured just five matches with three championships on the line. In the opening match of the night Cody Rhodes retained his Undisputed WWE Title by getting the better of Kevin Owens after KO refused to turn to the dark side. Meanwhile, Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair won back the Women’s Tag Team Championships they lost at Clash at the Castle Scotland.

CM Punk got a measure of revenge on Drew McIntyre following his defeat SummerSlam, overcoming the Scottish star in a Strap Match, and Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest beat Liv Morgan and Dominik Mysterio.

In the main event, Gunther retained the World Heavyweight Title with a stunningly hard-hitting win over Randy Orton.
