Dave Meltzer Shares NXT Heatwave 2024 Match Ratings

Dave Meltzer has revealed his match ratings for NXT Heatwave 2024.

The NXT Heatwave main show kicked off with a stunningly hart-hitting clash between Oba Femi and Wes Lee for the North American Title. Femi has been in dominant form in recent months, and he continued that run by dispatching Lee.

Elsewhere, Kelani Jordan retained the women’s North American Title with a win over Sol Ruca. The match featured a number of impressive athletic sequences paying homage to the famous match between Will Ospreay and Ricochet from 2016, splitting fans and critics online.

Meanwhile, in the main event, Ethan Page claimed the NXT Championship in fortuitous circumstances after falling on top of Je’Von Evans after taking a Trick Shot from Trick Williams. The show went off the air with TNA star Joe Hendry appearing on the screen.
