Dave Meltzer Shares AEW Double Or Nothing 2024 Match Ratings

Darby Allin sets Jack Perry on fire AEW Double or Nothing

Dave Meltzer has given his thoughts on AEW Double or Nothing.

At Double or Nothing, Mercedes Mone made her long-awaited in-ring debut defeating TBS Champion Willow Nightingale. Despite the match being her first in a little over a year, Mone looked as though she’d lost nothing for the injury-enforced absence as she claimed the gold.

The show went off the air following a wild Anarchy in the Arena match between The Elite and Darby Allin, FTR, and Bryan Danielson. During the insane battle, Allin set Jack Perry on fire with a flamethrower before being suspended from the ceiling by his feet.

In the first match of the main card, Will Ospreay defeated Roderick Strong to claim the International Title. In the minutes after the match, Adam Cole made his way to the ring to react to Strong’s defeat, but he was quickly confronted by MJF. The former World Champion put the entire roster on notice after attacking his friend, revealing he’s in AEW to stay.
