Darby Allin Credits WWE Legend For Mount Everest Help

Darby Allin

AEW star Darby Allin has thanked a WWE Hall of Famer for their help in him conquering the world’s highest mountain.

Darby Allin is no stranger to a tough challenge, but he outdid himself when he announced his plan to climb Mount Everest in April 2024, but his plans were thwarted by a broken foot. However, he remained determined to reach the summit in 2025.

On May 18th, Darby Allin reached the peak of Mount Everest, and sure enough, he had a flag with him to mark the occasion.

Taking to social media, Darby Allin posted a photo of him fulfilling his promise to raise the AEW flag on the ceiling of the world as he thanked his employer as well as his team who made the gruelling trek with him:

Mount Everest summit.

What a ride thanks @aew for everything in life.
Thanks to the amazing team at adventure consultants and the Sherpa squad this sh*t was wild!

But now he’s also thanked one WWE Hall of Famer for his success as well – Diamond Dallas Page.

Darby Allin Thanks DDP For Everest Help

DDP offered his congratulations to Allin and thanked the former TNT Champion for throwing up the Diamond Cutter sign on top of the world.

Back on social media, Darby Allin offered his thanks to DDP and credited the former WCW World Champion for putting him in safe hands for his arduous climb:

I didn’t know sh*t about mountains and was going to go to this low rent place when I googled how to climb Mount Everest years ago and Diamond Dallas Page said f*ck that and put me in touch with the right people to do this journey the right way so thx Dallas!!
