Darby Allin Starts Wild Brawl With Major AEW Star At Comic Con (VIDEO)
Darby Allin is a madman who lived up to his reputation with his actions at a Comic Con event, where he attacked his biggest rival in AEW.
The rivalry between former AEW World Champion Jon Moxley and Darby Allin has become heated, literally. That’s because Allin has appeared on AEW television with a blowtorch in his hands to tease the idea that he would light Moxley on fire if given the chance.
At AEW All Out, Jon Moxley beat Darby Allin in a chaotic and wild Coffin Match thanks to the return of Pac, who is in Moxley’s Death Riders group.
It was a match that saw both men use multiple weapons throughout the match, with Allin even using a plastic bag that he put on Moxley’s head to try to suffocate him. Allin got the bag from Bryan Danielson, who knows what it feels like because Moxley suffocated Bryan with a plastic bag last year during their feud.
The next match in the Allin-Moxley rivalry will be an I Quit match at WrestleDream on October 18th. It’s a match where one man has to force the other to quit, even though both men are known for their ability to withstand pain, making it a difficult task to get either man to quit.
Darby Allin Tells Jon Moxley He Isn’t Going To Quit
At the New York Comic Con event on October 10th, several AEW stars were in attendance, including AEW owner Tony Khan, Orange Cassidy, Jon Moxley, and others.
Darby Allin showed up with a microphone to address Moxley.
“Do you really think I’m going to f**king quit? Do you really think I’m going to quit at WrestleDream?”
That’s when Allin got in Moxley’s face, threw a glass of water on Moxley, and the two men exchanged punches. The fight was broken up quickly by some security guys nearby, along with AEW’s RJ City and others.
The video was posted to the AEWonTV account on X/Twitter, and you can see Tony Khan at the end of it checking out the chaos. Meanwhile, the fans in attendance chanted “Holy S**t” in response to what they were witnessing.
