Daniel Cormier Recruits WWE Star For The Ultimate Fighter

Daniel Cormier UFC Champion

There’s some corporate synergy going on at TKO as a WWE Superstar has joined Daniel Cormier’s coaches for the next season of The Ultimate Fighter.

Ever since Endeavor completed its takeover of WWE, the sports entertainment giant has been part of the same company as UFC. Many expected this new relationship to see crossovers take place with the likes of Ronda Rousey and Brock Lesnar excelling in both worlds.

Now, one WWE star has been named as part of UFC legend Daniel Cormier’s coaching team for season 33 of The Ultimate Fighter. Cormier will coach one team of competitors with Chael Sonnen taking charge of another in the quest to find UFC’s next breakout star.

Daniel Cormier Joined By Julius Creed

The former UFC Heavyweight and Light Heavyweight Champion will be joined by WWE’s Julius Creed. Real name Jacob Kasper, the current American Made star is a former NCAA All-American in amateur wrestling at Duke University where he competed from 2013 to 2017.

Creed’s involvement in The Ultimate Fighter was revealed by Daniel Cormier on social media as he unveiled all of his coaches.

Julius Creed joined WWE in 2020 alongside his brother Brutus Creed. The Creeds have held the NXT Tag Team Championship once and are now established stars on the Raw roster as part of American Made alongside Chad Gable and Ivy Nile.
