Damian Priest & Rhea Ripley Heading For WWE Split

Damian Priest Rhea Ripley WWE

It looks like the end of the road for one popular WWE duo as Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley could be set for a shock split.

Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley were the first two members recruited to The Judgment Day by Edge back in 2022. However, they both met their end in the group on the same night at SummerSlam 2024.

Ripley was abandoned by Dominik Mysterio who left with Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan while Damian Priest was betrayed by Finn Balor who cost him the World Heavyweight Championship against Gunther.

Since then the new Judgment Day has targeted the Terror Twins with Priest and Ripley continuing their own alliance on WWE TV. At Bad Blood, Rhea Ripley was stunned by a returning star who stopped her from regaining the Women’s World Title while Damian Priest picked up a definitive win over Finn Balor.

And now it looks like it might be the end of the line for Ripley and Priest in WWE.

Damian Priest Ready To Forge His Own Path In WWE

Speaking at the WWE Bad Blood Post-Show Press Conference, Damian Priest was asked about him and Rhea Ripley forming their own version of The Judgment Day but for now, he thinks the Terror Twins need to go their separate ways:

The idea of the Judgment Day was to grab some talent where we were all capable of being main events and being ‘the person’ on the billboards, but for whatever reason we weren’t there. We got together to push each other. Rhea and I achieved that.

While it was fun as far as doing it with your friends and whatnot, at the same time, there is something to, ’Alright, now I’m here, let’s see what I can do on my own.’

I love Rhea, that’s my best friend in the world. Obviously, she’s in the women’s division, I’m in the men’s division. Although we’re friends, we have to follow our own path.

Damian Priest has admitted he’s unsure what his future in the company now holds but whatever it is it looks like he’ll be doing it without Rhea Ripley by his side.
