Damian Priest’s rivalry with Aleister Black will lead to a stipulation match at WWE SmackDown in Australia.

The issues between Damian Priest and Aleister Black have been brewing for months on WWE SmackDown. It started with Black playing mind games with R-Truth, so Priest came to Truth’s aid, and Black attacked Priest.

When Priest faced Black on WWE SmackDown on September 5th, Black got the win because he used the referee’s shirt to his advantage, hid behind it, and nailed a Black Mass kick to knock out Priest for the win.

Over the last month, Priest and Black have continued their interactions, suggesting that the rivalry was far from over.

Damian Priest Ruins Aleister Black’s US Title Match

Sami Zayn was in the ring, ready to have another US Title Open Challenge on WWE SmackDown in Cincinnati, when The Miz attacked Carmelo Hayes, so Hayes was out. That’s when Aleister Black showed up, and he was Zayn’s challenger.

The match between Zayn and Black was very competitive, with both veterans nearly winning on multiple occasions. After Black hit a Meteora double knee attack for a two count, Damian Priest showed up at ringside, so Black stared at him. That distraction allowed Zayn to hit a Helluva Kick on a distracted Black, and Zayn hit a Blue Thunder Bomb for the pinfall win.

After the match, Damian Priest cleared off the commentary table. Priest asked Black: “What did you think was gonna happen?”

Damian Priest gave Aleister Black a Razor’s Edge through the commentary table, and Black, going through the table, broke the table. The fans cheered Priest for his actions.

Later in the show, Priest challenged Black to a Last Man Standing Match on SmackDown in Perth, Australia, on October 10th. It was made official later in the show.
