Current WWE Stars Say CM Punk Is A “B*tch To Work With”
CM Punk’s return wasn’t embraced by all the WWE Superstars on the roster.
One name that pops to mind whenever The Best in the World’s return is spoken about is Seth Rollins. The Visionary did not hold back in expressing his emotions about Punk’s return to WWE.
On the other hand, younger superstars on the NXT roster have spoken highly of him, especially since he was backstage with them while he was injured.
Matt Riddle reveals what some superstars say about working with CM Punk
Previously, Matt Riddle had claimed that The Second City Saint is a “b***h” to work with. It so happens that this was addressed during his exclusive interview with Inside The Ring.
When asked if the former WWE Superstar wanted to retract his statement, Riddle revealed that he’s still friends with some superstars on the roster who mimic his emotion about CM Punk.
I have good friends on the roster that still say he’s a b***h to work with.
However, Matt Riddle did give him credit where it was due. The former WWE Superstar reiterated that Punk was good at selling tickets and bringing more eyes to the product.
Given that TKO and WWE seemingly only care about the money that is being drawn in, nothing else matters to them as long as a superstar is living up to their end of the bargain.
Currently, CM Punk is pursuing his next world championship run. He has been booked for a Fatal Four-Way against LA Knight, Jey Uso, and World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins for Clash in Paris 2025.
