Crying Star Thanked Triple H After Losing At WWE MITB
A 34-year-old star got emotional after losing a major title match at Money in the Bank and thanked WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H.
Octagon Jr. worked double duty on Saturday. After teaming up with Aero Star and Mr. Iguana to defeat Lince Dorado & LWO at AAA x WWE Worlds Collide 2025, he had a physical altercation with Dominik Mysterio.
Later that night, he challenged the Judgment Day member for the Intercontinental Championship at Money in the Bank, which he lost.
Speaking at the post-show press conference, Triple H shed light on an emotional moment he shared with Octagon Jr. backstage after the square-off.
The Chief Content Officer revealed that the AAA star cried and thanked him for the opportunity. The Game described it as a humbling experience.
Dom, put him on a platform. I don’t know if everyone in this room will get it, but when a talent comes back for the ring with tears in their eyes crying, thanking you for the opportunity, it is a humbling experience.

Dominik Mysterio addressed his victory over Octagon Jr. at WWE MITB
After his successful title defense at Money in the Bank, Dominik Mysterio and his on-screen girlfriend, Liv Morgan, were in celebration mode as they walked backstage.
The Intercontinental Champion spoke to the camera to claim he did not care who he faced because of who he is:
