Crowd Reaction Turns Heads Ahead Of Undisputed WWE Championship Match

WWE kicked off its Road to Royal Rumble with a huge episode of SmackDown tonight in Berlin, where the crowd would be treated to three title matches in total.

They’ve already seen Giulia retain the Women’s US Championship on the show, but it seems like they don’t want a similar result when it comes to the Undisputed WWE Championship.

Cody Rhodes is set to take on Drew McIntyre in a Three Stages of Hell match in the main event tonight as he looks to defend his title against his long-term rival.

However, it seems like the crowd in Berlin stands firmly behind their fellow European star, Drew McIntyre. The crowd in the Uber Arena is continuously cheering for Drew every time he comes on screen.

He was seen interacting with Damain Priest during a backstage segment, and fans could be heard signing the ‘Oh Drew McIntyre’ chants on screen. They sang the same chant again when Cody Rhodes was seen on screen interacting with Matt Cardona.

Drew has challenged for multiple World Championships in Europe in the past few years, but hasn’t been able to get the win. With the huge support he has tonight, a win for him would draw a huge cheer from the Berlin fans.
