Cora Jade Body Shamed By WWE Bosses

Cora Jade has revealed she was body shamed by her bosses and coworkers during her time in WWE.

WWE has released several stars from the roster, including Braun Strowman and Shayna Baszler. Dakota Kai, Katana Chance, and Kayden Carter were also let go from the main roster, while a host of NXT talent was also cut. It also later emerged that Shotzi’s WWE contract would not be renewed, meaning that she is on her way out of the company as well.

Gigi Dolin, Cora Jade, Riley Osborne, Eddy Thorpe, Jakara Jackson, Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, Wolfgang, Oro Mensah, Dani Palmer and Javier Bernal were all let go.

Taking to social media, Cora Jade – now using the name Elayna Black – responded to a comment from Gigi Dolin about suggestions released stars hadn’t been working hard enough in training, where Jade pointed out she ended up being body shamed by plenty of people, including her bosses:

This, plus can’t forget having to go to my own gym outside of work after “strength and conditioning” that wasn’t doing anything for me other than get me body shamed by my bosses, coworkers, and fans 🙂 crazy!

One WWE star was seemingly released due to their high salary despite the company touting record revenue and a record-breaking WrestleMania 41 in the past few weeks.
