Conrad Thompson Shares Update On Jim Ross After 2nd Surgery

Jim Ross

Jim Ross has undergone a second surgery.

On February 5th, Jim Ross revealed he was recovering from another surgery. Writing on social media, the legendary announcer wrote “Another successful surgery, hopefully. Need your prayers.”

The update came less than a week after Jim Ross announced he’d undergone cancer surgery on his right hip.

The veteran has faced numerous health struggles in recent years, on top of his well-documented battle with Bell’s Palsy. In October 2021, Ross announced he’d been diagnosed with skin cancer, but after extensive treatment, he confirmed he was cancer-free that December.

More recently JR revealed he’d been diagnosed with diabetes and had stopped drinking.

Jim Ross In “Great Spirits”

In a fresh update, Ross’ co-host on Grilling JR, Conrad Thompson wrote that the WWE Hall of Famer was in great spirits and hopeful he’ll be able to go home soon.

Just FaceTimed with @JRsBBQ and he’s in great spirits and thinking he will get to go home soon! His nurses are taking great care of him and his lovely daughter is there helping run point. He asked me to let everyone know the latest and if you don’t mind, throw one up for him! 🙏🏻

Everyone at TJR Wrestling would like to wish Jim Ross a speedy recovery.
