Congratulations To WWE Legend Rob Van Dam & Katie Forbes
WWE Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam has made a joyful announcement on social media.
The former WWE Champion started dating professional wrestler Katie Forbes in 2016. Five years later, the couple tied the knot. Earlier this year, they announced that they were expecting twins.
Although Forbes was due in 2026, Van Dam revealed a few days ago that his wife was hospitalized after being diagnosed with preeclampsia. Hence, she would give birth earlier than expected.
My wife is in the hospital about to pop babies. The first date they gave us was February 6th, and they said twins come early, so don’t count on it…. I don’t really plan on that, but then she went in Sunday, but I guess it’s been a week now. She went to the hospital, not feeling well. They kept her. Said she’s got something called preeclampsia.
She can’t come home. The preeclampsia gave her high blood pressure, and it became a considerably unsafe environment for the babies. So they got to stay there to keep that in control on the monitor. And I guess the preeclampsia doesn’t go away until you give birth.

When some fans asked Van Dam if Saba was named after his close friend Sabu, who sadly passed away in May, RVD seemingly confirmed it.
