Absolute Confusion Over How To Watch AEW Grand Slam Australia
AEW has finally revealed how fans will be able to watch Grand Slam Australia but even that announcement is laced with confusion.
Grand Slam Australia will take place in Brisbane, Australia on February 15 in the Brisbane Entertainment Centre after AEW were forced to abandon plans for a huge stadium show.
The first match for that show has now been confirmed after Toni Storm won the Casino Gauntlet to earn an AEW Women’s Championship match against Mariah May.
After Storm won her bout on Dynamite Maximum Carnage, AEW revealed the match graphic which noted that Grand Slam Australia will air on TNT and Max with a start time of 8 pm ET. Since the show will begin in Australia at what would be 2:30 am ET, it is airing on tape delay in place of that night’s edition of Collision.

AEW vs. NBA For TNT
However, it might not be that simple after all.
The NBA website states that on February 15 at 8 pm ET, the State Farm All Star Saturday Night will air live on TNT. Obviously, both of these shows cannot air on TNT at the exact same time. Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio conceded that the AEW poster could mean 8 am ET as “pm” isn’t specified but he thinks it’s more likely that Grand Slam Australia will only stream on Max.
