Cody Rhodes Drops Huge Tease Ahead Of WWE Bad Blood

Cody Rhodes has shared a little spoiler.

At Bad Blood on October 5th, Cody Rhodes will team with Roman Reigns to face Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu. Despite the union between Rhodes and Reigns, the peace is uneasy at best.

Reigns hasn’t wrestled since losing the Undisputed WWE Title to Rhodes at WrestleMania 40, and it’s fair to say, he isn’t over the loss. However, at least for the time being, his ire is aimed at The Bloodline, and Solo Sikoa — the man who has taken his position as Tribal Chief.

The World Title picture on SmackDown is uncertain at present with Rhodes looking for revenge on The Bloodline, but that could be about to change.

Cody Rhodes Says Big Things Are Coming

During an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, Rhodes said there’s a video package or a vignette coming at Bad Blood with “big title implications.”

“[His title] Not on the line this weekend, but there is something that happens at Bad Blood. I guess a video package or vignette that’s going to play in the show. I got to keep it vague. There are big title implications for Crown Jewel. Sorry for being so vague, but a little spoiler there.”

Crown Jewel is set to take place on November 2nd in Saudi Arabia. Although there haven’t been any official announcements, Roman Reigns usually appears at events in the kingdom.

Rhodes and Reigns have wrestled twice to date with each holding a win over the other. Following reports that the American Nightmare will face The Rock at WrestleMania 41, there’s been a great deal of speculation that he’ll meet Reigns for a third time sometime before the spectacular.
